the hotel location was ideal, i was only a few minutes walk to the beach and the town center. i appreciated the indoor pool and sauna after a long day.
The fridge was very dirty upon arrival, but it was cleaned the day i mentioned it to staff. the air con was also not efficient. The lowest setting was 19 degrees, it never cooled the room to that temperature.

i found my room very spacious and clean. the food was good, especially the wide array of options available. the staff were really friendly and worked hard at cleaning, which i appreciated.

the facilities were well kept. janitorial services were first class throughout the building. the hotel features multiple pools with plenty of space for relaxation. the gym has modern equipment and is accessible to all guests.

the location is great with just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. it's also within a 5 to 10-minute walking distance to the main shopping street. i noticed there are two different beaches nearby.

the location was convenient. fresh towels was each morning after our rooms were cleaned. the pool offered a super calm atmosphere and i found the buffet restaurant good.
the fridge seemed very dirty. i reported it, and it was cleaned the next day. the air con wasn't efficient, my room wouldn't cool to the set temperature. i also saw cockroaches, and reception only asked about their color. no alternative room was offered.

The air conditioning in my room barely worked. I reported this, but it was never fixed. the noise from nearby bars continued late into the night, and the walls seemed thin. sleeping was difficult.

The room had daily cleaning. That was convenient. The breakfast was great with many options. It was a short walk to the beach. I managed early check in, so that was helpful.
The steep hill was difficult. It created limited mobility for some. I wish it wasn't so challenging to access. This impacted my overall experience.
